We recommend that you consult your doctor before starting your training. FIT ROOM\u00ae is not responsible for any potential health problems or injuries to customers during any exercise programme.<\/li><li>By signing Informed Consent, a client understands and accepts that there is a risk of injury associated with participating in any exercise program. The client agrees to participate in training voluntarily and at his own risk.<\/li><li>All payments for any training programmes must be done in advance.<\/li><li>All prices are in EUR and are valid at the time of the training confirmation and\u00a0without a specified period of validity. We reserve the right to change the published prices without prior notice.<\/li><li>The client must sign every time before or after completing each training.<\/li><li>Training must be cancelled at least 24 hours before, otherwise it will be charged.<\/li><li>The reservation of appointments for the desired day and hour is pre-arranged and before the start of the first training. In case of cancellation of trainings in a series of 14 days, the desired day and hour can not be guaranteed.<\/li><li>In case of delay training duration will be reduced accordingly and will be charged at the agreed price.<\/li><li>In case of a no-show and if previously scheduled training was not canceled, it will be charged as a full (1) training.<\/li><li>In case of delay of more than 20 minutes and without prior notice, the training will be considered as cancelled and you will be charged for a full (1) training.<\/li><li>There is no refund for already paid services.
