FIT ROOM® was born from a vision to create a personal training studio offering a world-class training experience, integrating technology with design and unique handcrafted equipment in a home-like environment.
FIT ROOM® is a boutique fitness studio designed for those seeking expertise, quality and unique experiences as well as privacy in a unique environment.

The idea for FIT ROOM® grew from traveling, many years of working abroad and searching for inspiration from some of the world’s most innovative brands across a wide range of industries. Eventually, I have created a private boutique fitness studio with a unique combination of proven training systems to achieve the desired goals, excellent service standards and unique interior design.
My background comes from working in major and high-end fitness centres in Dubai. In FIT ROOM® I have developed a concept around delivering a unique custom design training experience.
Name - FIT ROOM® - is a reflection of who we are and what we stand for. In addition to studio being more like a home environment than a traditional gym, our approach is individual, precise, professional and at the same time relaxed and friendly. I believe that everyone of you deserves such an experience!

Your journey with us starts with a consultation to determine your goals, desires, needs and current lifestyle. All of our programs begin with posture analysis, gait analysis, basic movement analysis, and measurements. They are tailored to your needs and include preventive corrective exercise, exercise to prevent injuries and analysis of movement compensation.
With implementing our regularly periodic analyses and measurements, your set goal will be achieved.
