Within the years of international experience working as Personal Trainer, Sports and Tennis coach, I have helped many people becoming better in reaching their goals and achieving what from the start seemed inconceivable. Combining my knowledge and motivational skills throughout the years gave me better understanding of my clients’ goals, needs and develop a specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound workout routine to reach their fitness objectives.
Health and fitness has formed the foundation of my social, educational and working life since I was a teenager. From being a professional tennis athlete to a health and fitness professional, I have continued to evolve my methods of training and development. My real passion for training is probably my most important trait.
